Mid-size national insurance defense and civil litigation law firm seeks a full-time 5+ year Paralegal for our busy Las Vegas office. This is a full-time billable position with an hours requirement of 1,750 annual billable hours. Please apply only if you have the requisite prior experience with insurance defense billing. This position will be fully remote.
Job duties will include preparing draft discovery as well as discovery responses, preparation of subpoenas, procuring and following up on medical records requests, investigative background checks on parties in our cases, social media research, corresponding with expert witnesses, and other similar paralegal duties.
