We are a growing Insurance Defense Law Firm, looking for a Managing Partner to join our growing firm. As we continue our growth, we are looking to expand all of our practice areas by adding a Managing Partner with a book of business. You can work remotely or report to one of our offices.
Base pay range
$200,000.00/yr - $400,000.00/yr

The annual salary for this position is between 300k-500k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience
- Insurance Defense experience
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Book of business greater than 500k
Responsibilities
- Oversee a large caseload of complex liability claims, managing cases from inception through resolution, whether by settlement or trial.
- Conduct thorough legal research, analyze case law, and develop effective defense strategies tailored to the specifics of each case.
- Draft and file all necessary legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
- Represent clients in court hearings, arbitrations, and trials, and conduct and defend depositions.
