Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney

Lester Schwab Katz & Dwyer, LLP is seeking several attorneys to join our expanding teams across several key practice areas, including Labor Law, Premises Liability, Automobile and Trucking, Property Damage/Subrogation and General Liability. NJ admission is a plus. Salary: $130,000-$170,000

Ideal candidates will have:

• At least one to two years’ experience
• Relevant experience in one or more of the listed practice areas
• Experience with depositions and preparing witnesses
• Experience with making Court Appearances
• Experience drafting motion practice and discovery demands/responses
