We are a growing firm, looking for an Insurance Defense Attorney to join our team. Specifically, we are looking for someone who has 2+ years of experience, looking to join a growing Civil Litigation firm.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience - Insurance Defense
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in Georgia

Responsibilities:

• Managing their own docket of cases
• Set up claims and track medical treatment
• Supervise medical clerk and case manager
• Review demands
• Negotiate with adjusters
• Communicate offer to client and disburse of client funds
