A well-established and highly respected law firm is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join its growing litigation team. The firm represents major insurance carriers and their insureds in complex automobile liability matters, including Uninsured Motorist (UM) and Underinsured Motorist (UIM) claims. Attorneys are trusted to manage their own caseload from initial assignment through resolution while receiving resources and support needed to succeed.

This is a hybrid position with offices in King of Prussia and Bethlehem, PA , offering significant work-from-home flexibility.

What You'll Do
- Independently manage an insurance defense caseload from assignment through trial
- Represent insurance carriers and insured clients in automobile liability litigation
- Handle UM/UIM and third-party automobile claims
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents
- Conduct depositions and manage all phases of discovery
- Participate in arbitrations, mediations, ADR proceedings, and trials
- Maintain regular communication with insurance adjusters and claims professionals
- Provide strategic legal analysis and case evaluationsEnsure compliance with client reporting requirements and litigation deadlines
What We're Looking For
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active license and good standing with the applicable state bar
- Proven experience in insurance defense litigation
- Prior experience handling UM/UIM claims is strongly preferred
- Experience managing litigation independently from inception through trial
- Strong legal writing, research, and negotiation skills
- Experience taking depositions and handling motion practice
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Ability to thrive in both an independent and collaborative hybrid work environment
