The successful candidate will possess extensive litigation experience in bodily injury defense, construction defect, and other insurance defense matters, and demonstrate proficiency in managing civil cases through trial.
Duties
- Draft motions, conduct depositions, and present oral arguments and hearings.
- Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting.
- Independently handle appearances and assignments with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in Texas; additional state licensure is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in insurance defense preferred.
- Experience in bodily injury defense, construction defect, and other insurance defense matters required.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
- Texas Bar license required.
