The Role
• Auto and motor vehicle accident litigation
• Trucking and transportation defense
• Premises liability and general tort matters
• Complex civil litigation defense cases
Attorneys will gain hands-on experience managing cases, conducting discovery, drafting motions, taking depositions, and preparing matters for trial.
Requirements
• 2–7+ years of civil litigation experience
• Background in insurance defense litigation (auto, trucking, premises liability, xzgxqkn etc.)
• Strong litigation and case management skills
• Licensed to practice law in Texas
Preferred Experience
• Trial experience (jury or bench)
• Familiarity with trucking or transportation defense matters
