- Analyze and interpret insurance policies, including primary, excess, and specialty lines.
- Provide insurance coverage opinions and legal advice to insurer clients.
- Handle all phases of insurance coverage litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation.
- Represent clients in state and federal courts, arbitration, and mediation.
- Draft legal briefs, motions, memoranda, and other litigation documents.
What We're Looking For:
- Active California Bar license.
- 4–8+ years of insurance coverage and/or insurance defense litigation experience.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Experience with Commercial General Liability (CGL), Professional Liability, and/or Property Coverage matters is preferred. xhqgsiq
- Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
