A premier defense firm that covers multiple areas in Texas is seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney for their Dallas team! The right candidate will have 2-10 years of litigation experience, courtroom exposure is ideal.
Responsibilities
- Auto and motor vehicle accident litigation
- Trucking and transportation defense
- Premises liability and general tort matters
Attorneys will gain hands-on experience managing cases, conducting discovery, drafting motions, taking depositions, and preparing matters for trial.
Qualifications
- 3–10 years of civil litigation experience
- Background in insurance defense litigation (auto, trucking, premises liability, etc.)
- Strong litigation and case management skills
- Licensed to practice law in Texas
Preferred Experience
- Trial experience (jury or bench)
- Familiarity with trucking or transportation defense matters
