Associate Attorney PositionI am partnered with a Nationwide Insurance Defense Firm who is looking to add an Associate Attorney to their growing team. This individual will walk into active cases, get trial experience right away and be able to run their own caseload. This firm has a lot of internal growth opportunities, both career wise and financially.Job Responsibilities:Oversee own caseload and collaborate with senior attorneys to develop effective litigation strategies.Engage in significant client interaction to enhance legal skills across a variety of complex cases.Handle a diverse range of insurance litigation cases from initial strategy to resolution.Participate in general liability or insurance-related cases, with transportation defense experience being advantageous but not required.Education and ExperienceInformation:A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, particularly in insurance-related cases or general liability.A Juris Doctor degree is required.Must possess an active license to practice lawSalary Information:Competitive compensation and bonus structure rewarding hard work and results.Comprehensive benefits package including company-paid PPO health insurance, dental, and vision options.Generous paid time off, a floating holiday, and a mental health day.A 401(k) plan with a strong employer match.If this sounds like an opportunity you want to hear more about.
