The firm is known for its expertise in subrogation litigation and provides a collaborative environment for professional growth.Description:The Associate Attorney will handle subrogation litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, negotiating settlements, and attending mediations.
The role requires proactive case management, client advocacy, and strong litigation skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in California civil procedure, rules of court, and workers' compensation law as it relates to subrogation.This position offers an opportunity to mentor legal assistants, establish relationships with clients, and contribute to firm marketing efforts.
