Insurance Customer Service Specialist

To support the All of Us research program, the part-time Colorado Licensed Call Specialist will conduct outreach and engagement activities aimed at enrolling and retaining participants, while working remotely and occasionally performing minimal research tasks. Key responsibilities Utilize effective outreach and recruitment methods to drive enrollment and retention rates for the All of Us research program Engage and screen patients for eligibility, providing thorough program overviews and addressing inquiries Administer surveys, record data, and assess outreach effectiveness while scheduling patient appointments for program activities Required qualifications Associates degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant work experience Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-related applications Familiarity with public health research concepts and practices Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent oral and written communication skills Experience in Patient Relationship Management is a plus
