Insurance Customer ServiceFranco Castaneda - State Farm Agency, located in Dallas, TX is currently looking for a talented, caring, professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a position focused on Customer Service for a well-established State Farm Agent. If you have a talent for customer care and understand the needs and motivations of people, we want you on our team!

As our Customer Service Representative, you'll work to inspire customer loyalty and significantly enhance the overall State Farm Insurance customer experience. Salary Potential: $45,000 - $75,000 first yearExperienced and fully licensed in Property & Casualty - $45,000 base plus CommissionsUnlicensed candidate - $30,000 starting base plus $5,000 incremental increases after insurance licenses obtainedResponsibilities include but not limited to:Answer phones and greet clientsEstablish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as neededProvide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
