A litigation firm is seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney to join its practice at the partner or senior level. This role focuses on third-party liability insurance coverage matters, including both litigation and advisory work.
An existing portable book of business is NOT required.Work Structure

Key Responsibilities
- Handle insurance coverage matters, including third-party liability claims
- Manage cases through all phases of litigation
- Draft coverage opinions and provide client guidance
- Maintain and develop client relationships
- Collaborate with attorneys across offices
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in insurance coverage and related litigation
- Experience handling both coverage analysis and litigation matters
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong case management and client-facing experience
- Strong academic credentials
- Active bar admission in at least one of the following: Illinois, New York, Tennessee, or Florida
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $175,000 – $215,000
