Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney
This position offers a flexible, hybrid working arrangement or remote work opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on insurance coverage matters
- Draft coverage opinion and coverage position letters
- Draft pleadings, motions, and handle discovery in coverage litigation
- Provide clients with insurance coverage advice on a variety of subjects
- Communicate with clients and draft reports to clients
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the State of New York
- 5+ years of coverage litigation experience in New York, New Jersey, and beyond
- Experience in areas of insurance coverage such as coverage opinions (CGL, Excess, Professional Liability, D & O, and property)
- Experience in both third-party and first-party claims
- Coverage analysis and writing experience.
- Superior analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
