Insurance Coverage Attorney

A well-regarded insurance defense law firm in Chicago, IL is seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney with 3-7 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Handle first and third-party liability coverage matters across a variety of policy types
• Analyze coverage issues and draft coverage opinions and reservation of rights letters
• Represent insurer clients in coverage litigation in state and federal court
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on complex coverage disputes

Qualifications:

• 3-7 years of insurance coverage experience
• Strong writing, analytical, and research skills
• Experience with general liability, professional liability, or related coverage lines preferred

The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 and $185,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
