Insurance Coverage Associate Attorney

This is a fully remote opportunity for attorneys located anywhere in Pennsylvania.
What You'll Do:
- Handle complex insurance coverage and bad faith litigation matters in both state and federal courts
- Draft coverage opinions, motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda
- Represent insurers in first-party property and UM/UIM claims
- Litigate Pennsylvania bad faith and coverage disputes
- Work on a variety of business litigation matters
- Conduct legal research, depositions, discovery, and court appearances
- Build client relationships and enjoy opportunities for professional growth and business development
Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania Bar License (Required)
- Experience in insurance coverage and/or bad faith litigation
- Knowledge of first-party property claims, UM/UIM claims, Pennsylvania bad faith law, coverage opinions, and insurance agent/broker disputes
- Strong legal research, writing, and litigation skills
- Federal and state court litigation experience preferred
