You'll research policy interpretation, draft coverage opinions and reservation of rights letters, and support declaratory judgment actions. Clear writing and sound judgment matter, alongside the curiosity to ask why a provision changes the outcome.
You should have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and Illinois admission. Associates with insurance litigation experience who want to build a coverage practice are also encouraged to get in touch.
