Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level Associate to join its insurance coverage group in Dallas, TX. The Associate will manage complex insurance coverage disputes involving white collar crime, including employee theft and cyber crimes, primarily in federal courts across the U.S. and occasionally overseas.

Duties

• Handle complex insurance coverage disputes.
• Litigate cases in federal courts throughout the U.S.
• Occasionally manage cases overseas.

Requirements

• 3+ years of litigation practice experience.
• Federal court litigation experience, including depositions and hearings.
• Professional-lines insurance coverage experience preferred.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team-based setting.

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
