Insurance Coverage & Extra-Contractual Litigation Attorney Our client, a nationally recognized Am Law 100 law firm , is seeking an Insurance Coverage & Extra-Contractual Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its Denver practice. This position is suited for an attorney with experience handling sophisticated coverage disputes, bad-faith claims, and related insurance litigation. Remote and hybrid work arrangements are available for qualified candidates. The attorney will advise and represent insurers in complex coverage and extra-contractual disputes, with responsibility for coverage analysis, litigation strategy, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and client counseling. Handle insurance coverage and extra-contractual litigation matters Analyze policy language, coverage issues, and potential exposure Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, briefs, coverage analyses, and other substantive documents Evaluate liability, damages, and litigation risk Independently manage multiple matters while collaborating with partners and other attorneys 3+ years of insurance coverage, bad-faith, or related litigation experience
Experience analyzing complex insurance policies and coverage issues
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
