Our insurance team is centrally located in North Raleigh and collaborates to provide insurance support to our four locations. Our ideal candidate has a minimum of one year of dental office experience.
Eaglesoft experience is a plus, but not required. Our team specializes in:Dental insurance verificationsInsurance breakdowns accurately entered into practice softwareExplaining dental insurance coverage and benefits to patientsFollowing up on outstanding dental claimsPosting insurance paymentsWe are looking for someone who is passionate about attention to detail, helping patients and enjoys working in a team environment. You must be able to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
