Seeking a knowledgeable and collaborative Supervisor, Product Compliance, this full-time remote position will manage a Product Compliance team, providing leadership and technical guidance while overseeing workflow, quality, and regulatory filings for Supplemental and Group insurance products. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily workflow and activities of the Product Compliance team, ensuring performance expectations are met Review product compliance work for accuracy and adherence to quality standards, serving as a technical escalation point for compliance matters Coordinate product filing activities and ensure timely follow-up on regulatory inquiries and documentation Required Qualifications Experience in product compliance, regulatory compliance, or a related insurance discipline Working knowledge of insurance regulations and Department of Insurance filing processes Knowledge of Supplemental and Group insurance products Prior supervisory or leadership experience Ability to research and apply regulatory requirements effectively
