Position: Life Insurance Broker (1099 - Remote)

Are you a licensed life insurance agent (or ready to become one) looking for a high-income, remote opportunity with zero cold calling? We’re hiring motivated individuals to help clients already seeking coverage. With a proven system, pre-qualified leads, and access to top-tier carriers, you’re set up to succeed.
What You'll Do:
- Take inbound calls from pre-qualified clients actively seeking life insurance (no cold calling)
- Use a proven script to uncover client needs and recommend the right policy
- Offer coverage from over 10 leading insurance carriers
- Earn commission, performance-based bonuses, and leadership incentives
- Work 100% remotely with flexible hours
- Opportunity to grow your own agency and lead a team
- 100% Commission-Based – No Income Cap
- Top agents earn $150K–$300K+/year

- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Weekly Lead Flow: $1,000
- Minimum of 20 State Licenses: ~$2,000
- E&O Insurance: ~$40/month
Note: We offer guidance and support throughout the licensing and onboarding process.
What You’ll Need:
- Active life insurance license (or willingness to obtain one)
- Reliable internet, computer, and headset
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Background in insurance, financial services, or sales is a plus
