Babylist Health helps families get the durable medical equipment (DME) they need — and getting the insurance side right is what makes that possible. As an Insurance Billing Specialist, you own the billing cycle end to end: verifying eligibility, submitting clean claims, chasing timely reimbursement, and clearing aged accounts. You'll report to the Senior Billing Specialist Supervisor, and work across the business to keep billing accurate, compliant, and patient-centered. This is a fully remote role open across the US but there must be flexibility to support PST/CST working hours. The work is detailed and high-stakes — when you get it right, a family gets essential equipment without delays or surprise bills.
