Key responsibilities Contact policyholders via phone, SMS, and email to explain the insurance appraisal process and build trust Provide concierge service to homeowners using the ASSIST product, including technical support for the photo-capture app Maintain up-to-date work order statuses and communicate any unusual situations to management Required qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a strong technological proficiency Demonstrated emotional intelligence with effective listening and problem-solving abilities Ability to organize, prioritize work, and meet deadlines while managing multiple assignments Strong analytical skills and resourcefulness in addressing technical difficulties Capability to respond effectively to inquiries from managers, underwriters, agents, and policyholders
