Job Title: Licensed Insurance Agent (Commission-Based Contractor)

Location: Remote – must hold an active resident or non-resident license in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, or Ohio

Employment Type: 1099 Commission-Based Contractor

Key Responsibilities

• Sell a variety of insurance products using the provided leads and digital platforms
• Advise clients on tailored insurance solutions with professionalism and efficiency
• Manage quotes, binders, renewals, and customer follow-ups
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and underwriting guidelines
• Participate in optional weekly training to enhance skills and stay updated on new products

Compensation & Growth

• Commission-only role with no income cap
• Top performers can earn $90,000+ annually

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Holds an active insurance license in one of the six operating states (FL, GA, SC, AL, TN, or OH)

• Excellent client relationship and communication skills
• Self-motivated, coachable, and performance-driven
