Responsibilities

• Operate as an independent contractor representing American Family and its products exclusively.
• Manage the overall agency, including sales, growth, and operations.
• Hire, train, and lead a team to achieve strategic business goals.

Qualifications

• Obtain Property and Casualty and Life insurance licenses.
• Pass a motor vehicle, financial/credit, and criminal background check.
