The Bond Agency is looking for a trusted Agency Manager who is confident leading a team, follows through consistently, and knows how to turn goals into results. Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Work inbound leads and maintain an active personal sales pipeline
• Identify insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
• Follow up consistently on open quotes and sales opportunities
• Meet individual activity and production goals
• Coach the team on sales techniques, follow-up, and customer service
• Monitor team performance and hold employees accountable to agency goals
• Oversee daily workflows and help resolve escalated customer concerns
• Support employee onboarding, training, and development
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity in the agency’s systems
• Work directly with ownership to improve agency performance

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work in office in Montgomery, Texas
• 5+ years of verifiable sales success working inbound leads
• Experience leading, coaching, and holding a team accountable
• Active TX General Lines Property and Casualty license (Required)
• Active TX General Lines Life, Accident, and Health license (Required)
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
• Ability to balance personal sales production with team leadership and daily agency operations
