Industrial Insulation Project Director / PM | Construction
Compensation: $70K-$150K Base + Bonus (DOE)

The Role
We are looking for someone who can receive mechanical plans and specs and know exactly what is required, materials, thickness needed, how to estimate it and what you are watching for in the field. Has run or helped build an insulation division and can hire and manager crews and foreman. Oversee industrial insulation projects from estimating handoff through final closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, field crews, and customer relationships while ensuring maximum safety and quality.
What You Need (Requirements)
- Experience: 7+ years in industrial construction (Insulation or Mechanical preferred).
- Strong commercial/industiral insulation background
- Experience managing crews, foreman, and multiple projects
- Knows insulation inside and out
- Skills: Expert at reading blueprints, managing multiple projects, and customer communication.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Preferred Experience (Any Of The Following)
- Roles: PMs, Superintendents, or General Foremen from Insulation, Mechanical, or Industrial Services.
- Sectors: Food processing, ethanol, data centers, power generation, oil & gas, or cold storage.
- Systems: Process piping, boilers, tanks, vessels, or thermal insulation.
