Lilly is seeking an Instrumentation/Medium Voltage Electrician to support Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management in a highly regulated pharmaceutical facility. This role installs, troubleshoots, and maintains process instrumentation, medium-voltage switchgear, MCCs, VFDs, and control systems to ensure reliable, compliant manufacturing.

Responsibilities include performing preventative and corrective maintenance, calibrations, loop checks, and system upgrades while adhering to GMP, safety, and electrical codes. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, document work in CMMS, support root-cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability and asset performance.
