This role provides technical leadership, manages priorities and workforce scheduling, and ensures all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable standards.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupervise and direct I&E technicians, assign daily tasks, and ensure safe, compliant work practicesPrioritize maintenance and repair activities for instrumentation, control systems, and electrical equipmentCoordinate with internal departments, external vendors, contractors, and customers to support operationsOversee installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and testing of sensors, PLCs, control panels, and related systemsReview technical drawings, P&IDs, and schematics to guide accurate work executionManage documentation, work orders, and equipment records; ensure regulatory compliance (NEC, OSHA, NFPA 70E)Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and replacement parts; assist with procurement needsSupport system upgrades, commissioning activities, and continuous improvement initiativesPerform other duties as assignedQualifications• ISA CCST certification highly preferred• Journeyman or Master Electrician license highly preferred• Prior supervisory or lead experience in electrical/instrumentation work• Strong knowledge of electrical, instrumentation, and control systems (including PLCs)• Proven troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation abilities• Valid Driver's License required• Bilingual skills a plus• Commitment to safety practices and regulatory compliance• Must have a TWIC or the ability to obtain oneEducation Must be 18 years of age or older with High School or GED equivalent
