Requirements:2 to 3 years of oil and gas experience strongly preferredPrevious instrumentation experience with Swagelok stainless steel tubing (1/4 inch to 1 inch)Hands-on experience with Hydraulic Power Units (HPU)Ability to read and interpret hydraulic schematicsProven ability to fit, cut, and bend stainless steel tubing accurately and without errorsExperience with competitors such as Cameron or Schlumberger in HPU, surface equipment, or land equipment is a plusSwagelok brand tubing experience highly preferredResponsibilities:Plan and execute layout and installation using drawings, blueprints, and sketchesMeasure, cut, bend, thread, and assemble stainless steel tubing and pipingInstall tubing and clamps into cable tray systemsMeasure, cut, and assemble cable tray and cable tray support structuresDrill, tap, and attach brackets and guards per assembly drawingsOperate man lifts, scissor lifts, overhead cranes, band saws, hose cutting and crimping devices, and hydraulic pumping units as neededInspect and maintain tools and follow all 6S guidelinesCoordinate daily work independently with limited supervisionComply with all HSE policies and proceduresPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.Ability to work at heights up to 65 feetComfortable standing, sitting, and walking throughout the shiftAbility to work in a non-climate controlled environment
