Instrument Fitter (Certified +)
Location: Notrees, TX
Pay: $35.50-$39.00/hr +$125 Per Diem
Schedule: 13/1's
We are currently seeking experienced Instrument Fitters (Certified +) to support construction of a direct air capture plant in Notrees, Texas.
Responsibilities:
- Read and work from loop sheets, P&IDs, blueprints, and drawings
- Install, remove, and reinstall instrumentation
- Perform tube bending and install instrument tubing
- Install instrument stands, instrument air headers, instruments, and tube tray
- Install and work with screw pipe
- Perform deco trace and steam tracing
- Coordinate materials and equipment needed for daily work
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of industrial construction or maintenance experience
- NCCER certification required for Certified+ classification
- Strong tube bending and instrument tubing experience
- Ability to read P&IDs, loop sheets, blueprints, and related drawings
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and complete an audiogram
