Instructor/Trainer (Crane, Rigging and Industrial Maintenance)
We are looking for a visionary Instructor (In-Person Trainer) to serve as the human bridge between our cutting‑edge 3D simulations and the real‑world mastery of our learners. In this role, you won’t just be delivering content; you’ll be a subject‑matter expert and mentor, directly impacting our organization’s reputation and the career success of every professional you train.
Travel Requirements
This full‑time, salaried role requires frequent (weekly) travel outside of your home‑location. Assignments may last 3–6 days and occasionally longer, with out‑of‑state and overseas possibilities. A valid travel passport is required.
Experience Required
- Minimum five years in a construction or industrial environment—preferably within the industries that serve our customers.
- At least five years directly conducting, managing, or planning any of the following: rigging loads with cranes, inspecting rigging, signaling; operating, inspecting, and/or maintaining cranes; lift planning, directing lifts, lift‑plan review, and risk assessments of lifting activities.
- Preferably with leadership experience and prior training or instructional roles.
- Willingness and ability to meet travel requirements.
- Proficiency in proactive travel planning, client communication, and precise documentation.
- Strong administrative accuracy and a commitment to professional growth.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Requirements
- Minimum five years in construction or industrial environments with diverse crafts and team roles.
- At least five years of direct experience in rigging, crane operation/in‑inspection, or lift planning.
- Leadership or training experience a plus.
- Previous formal training or adult education experience is not required.
- Willingness to meet travel demands.
- Proficiency in travel planning, client communication, and documentation.
- Self‑directed learning and engaging presentation skills.
- Administrative accuracy and timely paperwork completion.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Authorization to work in the United States without stipulations.
- All hires must undergo background checks and drug and alcohol tests as part of standard onboarding.
Pay
$85,000–$95,000, plus eligible for a quarterly bonus.
