Instructor – Radiologic Technology (Fall 2026 – Tenure Track)

Location: Utica, NY

Job Type: Full-Time, 10-Month

Responsibilities

The Instructor will teach in a JCERT‑accredited, Associate degree radiologic technology program. Responsibilities include lecture, lab, and clinical assignments on the Utica campus with travel to off‑campus clinical sites. Additionally, the position includes student advisement and committee responsibilities, curriculum development, and program assessment activities. Full‑time faculty members may teach classes in traditional classroom settings or over the Internet, possibly covering both daytime and evening classes on the Utica and/or Rome campuses. The instructor will also participate in program assessment, curriculum development, student advisement, internship facilitation, and program recruitment, and will serve as a member of various School and College Committees.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum two (2) years’ clinical experience in the professional discipline
  • Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologies (ARRT) certification and registration in radiology or equivalent in radiation therapy

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least one (1) year experience as an instructor in a JRCERT accredited program

Salary: $55,364 (as of 9/1/2026)
