Instructor, Assistant / Associate/ Full Professor

Job Summary

Teach 12 semester hours of entry-level or upper level mathematics courses. Serve on departmental and/or university-wide committees

  • Teach 12 semester hours of entry-level or upper level mathematics courses
  • Serve on departmental and/or university-wide committees
  • Work with outreach programs
  • Guide upper-level mathematics majors in independent research projects
  • Publish and to seek external funding

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ph.D. required in any area of mathematics
    • Strong consideration will be given to applicants who can teach partial differential equations and/or statistics

Physical Demands

  • Ability to operate standard office equipment
  • Ability to walk short distances
  • Ability to lift and carry parcels, packages and other items
  • Ability to view a computer terminal
