- Instructional Systems Designer to design and develop technical training
- Conducts in-depth assessments, including individual and organizational performance diagnostics to identify the appropriate solutions for a performance need
- Designs, develops, and implements learning solutions and evaluation that achieve critical business objectives
- Specific instructional strategies
- Conduct research using a variety of methods; work effectively with teams of SMEs and management
- Collaborate with skilled trades SMEs to design, develop, and implement.
Requirements:
- Instructional Design
- Minimum 10 years of design and development experience within a corporate setting.
- Extensive consulting and needs assessment experience.
Preferred:
- Instructional Design
- Graphic Design
- Instructional Design virtual and graphic, written and video.
