Instructional Systems Design Engineering | Lockheed MartinInstructional Systems Design (ISD) engineer will be assigned to establish the requirements, following the standard ISD process to, for new capabilities being incorporated onto the F-35 platform. The ISD engineer will work collaboratively with other members of the Training Systems Architecture team, Pilot and Maintainer Subject Matter Experts, Suppliers, and Government team members to create effective solutions for training. The ISD engineer will follow the process through the process from initial requirements through implementation at the schoolhouse and in the training devices. Specifically, the selected candidate will evaluate, analyze, and implement training solutions in order to improve and/or enhance the Training Systems developed products.
Additional responsibilities of this position include:Developing a structured process for development of training materials and familiarization training contentPerforming post training analysis and driving information back into the front-end designProvide SME support to other LM Aeronautics engineering departmentsSupport the overall Training Systems strategy to improve Human Performance across the full product life-cycleSupporting the Training Systems organization in generation of effective presentation materials in support of Warfighter SymposiumsBy applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match.
