(Responsibilities)
- Analyze client training needs and propose effective, blended learning solutions
- Design and develop engaging courseware using ADDIE methodology
- Create content for various delivery methods, including eLearning, instructor-led, and virtual training
- Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and alignment with business goals
- Troubleshoot development challenges and recommend innovative solutions
- Maintain clear communication and timely status updates with project leads and team members
(Required Skills and Experience)
- 5+ years of instructional design experience across multiple delivery media
- Proficiency in ADDIE model and instructional systems design best practices
- Exceptional writing, grammar, and professional communication skills
- Advanced skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project
- Mastery of Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Lectora Inspire
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, English, or related field
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
