Fusion Innovation anticipates the annual base salary for this position will generally range from $100,000 to $215,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to:

Position Overview
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct training needs analysis to develop training solutions.
- Collaborate with the client team to understand the business need, identify the solution approach and work through the design, development, and delivery phases.
- Design and develop high-quality instructor-led training and web-based training content and job aids.
- Design plans, processes, and templates for the proposed learning solutions.
- Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to design and develop relevant and effective training deliverables.
- Review training deliverables to ensure that the deliverable quality is as per the project quality parameters and industry standards.
- Identify opportunities to implement new and innovative learning strategies into the solution.
- Collaborate with the client team to support other change management initiatives and projects, as needed.
- Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph
- 4 years management consulting or strategy consulting experience
- Bachelors degree or 4 years equivalent work experience (in addition to specialized experience above)
- Recent experience working in or supporting the customer's HR office.
- Extensive experience developing, reviewing and delivering different training modalities like Instructor-Led Trainings, Computer-Based Trainings, job aids, and quick reference guides
- Outstanding written communication skills and attention to detail, as demonstrated across a variety of written products (e.g., training plans, learning solutions, performance support, etc.)
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently on client deliverables and meet client deadlines and quality standards
- Ability to collaborate across a large team and engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with course content development and instructional design
- Experience in survey design and analysis
- Experience providing training support to an ERP deployment
- Experience in training project management
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and data visualization software (Power BI or Tableau)
Fusion Innovation anticipates the annual base salary for this position will generally range from $100,000 to $215,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to:
- Years of direct applicable experience with this work and the Customer
- Relevant education, certifications, and training
- Contract labor category requirements, skill level, contract bill rate, and hours allocation
- Alignment with the position's responsibilities
- Additional specialized skills
