Instructional Paraprofessional
Black Elk Elementary is seeking a positive, collaborative, and student-centered Instructional Paraprofessional to join our team. This position works closely with classroom teachers to provide targeted small-group instruction in both reading and mathematics. Instruction may include reteaching key skills, providing intervention, and extending learning for students who are ready for additional challenges.
The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships with students, works well as part of a collaborative team, and is committed to helping every child grow academically and socially. Strong communication skills, flexibility, and a willingness to learn are essential.
Hours will be 8:30-3:30 M/T/Th/F and 8:30-2:30 on Wednesday
