Instructional Designer
The Instructional Designer is responsible for creating high-quality learning solutions that enable performance, build organizational capability, and support learning in the flow of work. This role translates business needs and subject matter expertise into structured, accessible, and engaging learning experiences using established instructional design standards, tools, and best practices. The Instructional Designer will collaborate with learning partners, facilitators, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to identify performance needs, develop effective learning solutions, and ensure content is accurate, relevant, accessible, and ready for delivery. This position supports the end-to-end learning lifecycle, including instructional design, content development, quality assurance, accessibility, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement. The Instructional Designer will also leverage evolving technologies, including AI-powered authoring and analytics tools, to improve development speed, quality, scalability, and learning effectiveness.
