MUST HAVES:

• 5+ years of Instructional Design experience.
• Experience developing enterprise-level training programs for software implementations or technology projects.
• Experience creating e-learning, instructor-led training, job aids, and quick reference guides.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably SABA or similar.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Range: $40-45/hr
