Duration: 6 months
Location: Chester, VA 23836
3 days in office and 2 days remote
Required Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of directly related experience in classroom and/or web-based training needs analysis, instructional design, development, implementation, and maintenance.
Experience applying the ADDIE instructional design methodology is preferred.
Strong written communication and technical documentation skills.
Experience developing instructor-led, virtual, and computer-based training materials.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Adult Learning, Instructional Design, or a related field preferred, but not required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Operational knowledge or practical experience in one or more of the following industries:
Power Generation
Electric Transmission
Electric Distribution
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders.
Experience developing training materials that meet regulatory or compliance requirements.
Interview Process:
Candidates should be prepared for an onsite interview, although the interview format may be changed to a virtual Microsoft Teams interview based on business needs.
