Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Education : BA/BS required.
Experience : 3-5 years of training/instructional design or related experience. Experience with Articulate 360, Synthesia, or similar learning design software required.
Key Competencies Required : Knowledge of learning design principles, strong communication skills, excellent project management capabilities, and strong team orientation.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design learning solutions that close knowledge and skill gaps and that improve individual and organizational performance.
- Build training resources in support of process and system changes and skill development workshops.
- Design and develop eLearning courses, video resources, slide decks, participant guides, learning activities, and other similar learning resources.
- Partner with subject matter experts to build training materials and update existing eLearning.
- Lead instructional design projects with stakeholders to completion.
- Maintain our eLearning library, updating courses as needed in our learning management system.
- Support the facilitation of live courses.
Top 3-5 Skills Required - Ability to create learning resources efficiently (eLearning modules, guides, slide decks, etc)
- Strong written communication skills.
- Project management skills - ability to track and bring to completion multiple simultaneous projects.
- Knowledge and experience of Articulate 360 or similar eLearning authoring software.
