Instructional Designer
6-month+ remote contract role
Project Details: Up to 30 e-learnings to support NetSmart rollout across multiple programs. E-learning workflow template already developed. Contractors will build to the template - not expected to be NetSmart experts (SMEs are designated internally).

Project Details: Up to 30 e-learnings to support NetSmart rollout across multiple programs. E-learning workflow template already developed. Contractors will build to the template - not expected to be NetSmart experts (SMEs are designated internally).
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of instructional design experience
- Strong simulations (Storyline) and branching scenarios
- Video editing (ClipChamp preferred; comparable tools acceptable)
- SharePoint - specifically managing libraries
- Collateral development: videos, job aids, handouts, knowledge checks
- Ability to receive a vision/direction and execute independently with minimal oversight
- Healthcare experience (behavioral health a plus)
- Available for collaboration during EST

- Behavioral health or community-based care setting familiarity
- Portfolio of prior work
