Job Description:
Contract content designers will make content and design updates to existing libraries of e-learning modules. They will also support the creation of new learning products to support the department that include robust and interactive e-learnings, short video tutorials, in-person training content, job aids, infographics, and documentation. This role will partner with existing instructional designers and subject matter experts, ensuring the use of ADDIE, L&D best practice, and all regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
Desired Skills:
Expertise in Articulate (Storyline 360 and Rise), Excellent communication and collaboration, Strong attention to detail, Ability to translate technical information into learning
Education Requirements:
Bachelors
Certifications needed:
Degree/Certifications in learning design technology, e-learning, or similar much preferred
