GreenState Credit Union is seeking an Instructional Designer to create engaging learning experiences that strengthen member-facing and internal teams. In this role, you will design eLearning, instructor-led, and blended training that supports banking, lending, compliance, and service excellence. You will partner with subject matter experts to assess needs, define learning objectives, and translate complex financial concepts into clear, practical content. Using modern authoring tools and our LMS, you will build, launch, and evaluate training that drives performance, supports onboarding, and promotes a culture of continuous learning.
