Develop, review, and update curriculum for the Information Technology and Networking program, including instructional materials and educational content, to provide guidelines to educators and instructors for course development and delivery. Observe faculty to evaluate performance and recommend changes to strengthen instructional effectiveness. Plan and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and professional development opportunities for faculty in Information Technology and Networking. Develop and align course and program learning outcomes with assessments and institutional goals. Advise teaching and administrative staff on curriculum development, use of instructional materials and equipment, and implementation of state and federal programs and procedures. Collaborate with industry partners and advisory boards to ensure curriculum relevance, including the development of internship, apprenticeship, and certification pathways. Recommend instructional materials, supplies, and equipment designed to meet students’ educational needs and institutional standards. Research, evaluate, and prepare recommendations on curricula, instructional methods, and instructional materials. Analyze performance data to determine the effectiveness of instructional systems, courses, and materials. Develop and implement instructional policies, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across the program. Ensure program compliance with institutional policies, state regulations, and accreditation standards. Remain current with emerging trends, technologies, and standards in Information Technology and Networking to continuously update program content and ensure students are trained using current tools and practices.

Education and Experience Requirements
Requires a U.S. Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related field. Also requires three years of experience in an instructional or technical role in an education or corporate environment including: leading and supporting IT system implementations; developing and delivering training materials, technical documentation, and user guidance, including standard operating procedures, and user acceptance testing materials to support end-user training and knowledge transfer; and analyzing system performance and user feedback to improve functionality, training effectiveness, and compliance.
