Instructional Coach & District PD Specialist

North Slope Borough School District is seeking an Instructional Specialist to work with teachers and administrators to support district pedagogy, model effective practices in classrooms, and guide use of district-adopted curricula. The specialist will provide collaborative coaching, professional development, and MTSS guidance.

Must hold Alaska Teaching Certificate; five years teaching; experience with Alaska standards; strong cultural awareness; willing to travel district-wide; rural Alaska
